Discuss, consider, and take any necessary action regarding Ordinance No. O-2024-038- to annex approximately 14.38 acres of land, situated in the S C Wright Survey, Abstract 218, Tract 2, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Fate, being RCAD ID 12857, generally located south of I-30, west of FM 548 and east of FM 551, and owned by Boulos, LLC.
